China-South Korea FTA and China Australia FTA are confirmed to be effective in December 20, 2015 and the first tax reduction, thesecond tax reduction in January 1, 2016. In the end, more than 90% of the products will enter the era of zero tariff after the transition period. This will help reduce China's exports of Chinese herbal medicines in the two countries, while also expected to reduce the price of imports of Korea ginseng.

中韩和中澳自贸协定均确认将于2015年12月20日正式生效并第一次降税，2016年1月1日第二次降税。最终，双方超过90%的产品将在过渡期后进入到零关税时代。这将有利于降低我国对上述两国中药材出口;同时，也有望降低进口高丽参价格。

At present, China and South Korea, Australia, the frequent trade between Chinese herbal medicine, especially in South korea. Because China and South Korea are geographically close, health care and medication are very similar, so the two countries have a huge amount of Chinese herbal medicines. In our country a lot of quality in the export of medicinal herbs to South Korea, such as white atractylodes rhizome, Chinese angelica root, astragalus root, Platycodon root; South Korea to China export standards higher fine your medicines, main ginseng and other Chinese herbal medicines. China imports less herbs from Australia, but a large number of Australian exports to the tonic health care category. On the one hand, due to more Chinese in Australia, the demand is relatively strong, on the other hand is due to the country along the way development strategy, so that more Australians gradually accept Chinese medicine.

目前，我国与韩、澳两国中药材贸易频繁，尤其是韩国。由于中韩两国地缘上接近，养生保健和用药方面都极为相似，因此两国中药材进出口数量巨大。我国大量优质中药材出口到韩国，如白术、当归、黄芪、桔梗等;韩国向中国出口标准较高的贵细药材，主要高丽参等中药材。我国从澳大利亚进口药材较少，但向澳大利亚大量出口滋补保健类中药材。一方面是因澳大利亚华人较多，需求比较旺盛，另一方面是得益于国家“一带一路”发展战略，让更多的澳大利亚人逐渐接受中医药。

本次协定的生效，有望降低多种药材的出口关税成本从而降低价格。在出口方面， 2014年，我国出口中药材19.67万吨，出口额12.95亿(中国医保商会数据)。而澳大利亚、韩国两国占比约在7%左右，即近0.8亿元人民币。

And in terms of imports, the most affected is the South Korean imports from Korea ginseng prices. China ROK FTA negotiations started in May 2012, is the most extensive coverage of China's foreign trade, involving the country's largest trade area of the FTA. Some experts expect the size of the bilateral trade will break through 400 billion dollars in 5 years. With the development of China's health care market, the domestic demand for Korea ginseng strong, China's imports from South Korea the amount of up to more than RMB. But because of the tariff, domestic ginseng layering goods price in the 800-900 yuan, while imports goods price can sell to 1400-1500 yuan, the spread of nearly half. With the reduction of tariffs, imports of domestic prices in Korea is expected to reduce.

而在进口方面，受影响最大的当属从韩国进口的高丽参价格。中韩自贸区谈判于2012年5月启动，是中国对外商谈的覆盖领域最广、涉及国别贸易额最大的自贸区。有专家预计5年内双方贸易规模将突破4000亿美元。而随着我国养生保健市场的发展，国内对高丽参需求旺盛，我国从韩国进口金额每年多达3.5亿元人民币以上。但因关税原因，国产高丽参压条货售价在800-900元，而进口货售价则能卖到1400-1500元，价差近一半。随着关税的降低，进口高丽参国内价格有望降低。
